@HelpmeHoward COMCAST HAS BEEN GIVING TERRIBLE SERVICE ALONG WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO DONT NOTATE THE ACCOUNT SO NOBODY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. THEY REFUSE TO PUT A SUPERVISOR ON THE LINE OR PROVIDE THE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE.

@kirbygrines 1- CAC is opaque. eg: how do you count CAC for an Xfinity sub who drops video service, but receives 6 months of free Peaco*ck?2- Churn today is unlikely to reflect underlying health yet - a new service (egDiscovery) likely has high churn, while netflix's is low.cont.

It is sad that I have been trying to get Xfinity service since April 2020. They started installing in the neighborhood in December 2020 but every time I reach out to the serviceability coordinator I am told another 30-60 days. #OverIt @comcast @comcastcares @XfinitySupport
