Just got off the phone after an hour of troubleshooting with a Comcast CSR who couldn't fix the connectivity issue. She scheduled a technician for Thursday and the last thing she said before hanging up was a scripted, "Don't forget to put a smile on your face. " 😐 #No

The joys of apartment living mean that there’s only Comcast Business here BUT I do have a cellular backup link. The big issue is getting failover to work since nobody will give a consumer their own AS and BGP announce filters. Longer term I think I’m gonna tunnel everything

@dem0n1 I hate Comcast so much. There’s no justification for charging individual consumers $100/month for decent speed Internet access. It’s blatant price gouging by a socially indifferent mega-monopoly with a huge lobbying budget to keep the scam going. Worst US customer service too.

@HelpmeHoward COMCAST HAS BEEN GIVING TERRIBLE SERVICE ALONG WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO DONT NOTATE THE ACCOUNT SO NOBODY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. THEY REFUSE TO PUT A SUPERVISOR ON THE LINE OR PROVIDE THE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE.
