The response was personal and well thought out. Vet even asked me what brand of chocolate brownie and flashed up a Starbucks menu showing the one. Only thing I didn’t understand…there was small charge for the answer and suggestion I sign up for $88 per year. I didn’t do this but my charges were the question charge (very fair) and $44. Don’t know what that covers.

My problem is I use the $5 trial for 7 days option offer. I agreed to a $26 phone call. I agreed to the $5 trial. I did not agree that later for $39 to be billed to my account. It hasn't even been 7 days. I am legally blind. I don't even drive. I canceled immediately. That was on Friday night. Today Tuesday my bank acct is pending a $39. Fee. I called customer service. He was rude as he can be. He kept over speaking me. Had no sense of respect and was smart ** overall. Just for that reason I will never use y'all again. I need my $39 back. My account is overdrawn now. I live on the disability check and I did not agree to this and that's not fair. Now the money that's in my bank is gone. I can't pay what I needed to, it's costing me more money over unagreed to. Money that I was not even supposed to pay. Please help me. I am on disability that barely pays my bills as it is. Thank you.

My vet’s office, which is in another town, is wonderful but very busy when I wanted to call and ask a question. My question was about whether my cats and I could be transmitting flu and/or strep with each other because I’m having both a LOT. I am trying to find out where I’m getting exposed (and seeing an immunologist). I wanted someone who works with animals (specifically cats) who would have knowledge of this. I was satisfied with the answer I got which was that it was unlikely. I’m sure my own vet would say the same—but this was actually easier and much quicker than waiting for someone to answer at that clinic and much easier than driving there. Also, I believe if I had a problem with one of my cats and used this service, they would definitely let me know if I needed to take the cat to my vet (but still give info on what to look for, etc.).

A sudden termination of daily sent information happened, and continued for several days. After contacting JustAnswer.com for assistance, the information reappeared. As a co-incidence, the software was slated for update. The update was not linked to any problems with software, but a regular update. I elected to use the new software as it preserved the means to capture and preserve relevant information of potential or current interest. I respect JustAnswer's expertise and willingness to provide new solutions (which would complicate integrating with already saved information methods).

IF the software that had a shortcoming was not resolved (as it was with the software update), I would have been more anxious to use JustAnswer's expertise in resolving the problem, and from what I saw, JustAnswer had ample expertise to do so although it might have meant complications with how information was captured on a daily basis and then sent to specific files.

I truly respect JustAnswer's enthusiasm and expertise, but felt that the corrections found in the new software update were more compatible with years of filed information. It was also a consideration that an 81 year old retired scientist was not quite ready to not only have JustAnswer's solution installed, but also redefine how the new information on JustAnswer's software solution and the old information could be reorganized painlessly. I have full confidence that JustAnswer could find a solution IF the software update had not been forwarded at the same time that I had contacted JustAnswer. I apologize for consuming the amount of time that JustAnswer had spent on looking for a solution.

I just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against your company. I called for a $5 answer on april 15th. I was charged and additional $30 in april for which I never got a receipt. I only found out by checking my credit card. I signed in to cancel then and thought I had succeeded but checking my credit account today I saw another $30 charge for which I again did not receive a receipt to tell me I was still being charged. I know for certain that I have now canceled, but I want a refund for the may charges. This is a rip-off.

They are sneaky and dishonest about their costs. A 3 minute conversation cost me $65 instead of the advertised $5 and signed me up for a monthly subscription I don’t want or need. Don’t get sucked into this scam.

Could not get computer to work normally. Within 5 minutes problem was solved. The tech that helped me was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and took time to work with a non technical person. However, a charge of $46 showed up on my credit card that was not knowingly authorized. The only charge I was aware of was $1 that also showed up. I will not pay the $46. Please remove the $46 charge and explain why I was charged.
