The most ferocious defensive player in NFL history (IMO) had a nose for the football; maybe it came from his days as a star center at the University of Illinois.

Wade's 98-yard completion came in his first start as Bears quarterback on Oct. 8, 1961 in Detroit. Think Mitchell Trubisky has a 99-yarder in him? Only time will tell.

Vasher's 108-yard TD return in 2005 was matched by teammate Devin Hester a year later, but it's hard to imagine anyone topping their mark with a 109-yarder. That's a challenge to you, Tarik Cohen and Cordarrelle Patterson.

Tougher than a $3 steak, Mongo never missed a game during his final 11 games with the Bears. McMichael also ranks second in Bears history with 92.5 sacks.

(5) Gale Sayers: 6 TDs in a game., 22 TDs in a season
The Kansas Comet tied an NFL record with six touchdowns in a rout of the 49ers as part of a 22-TD rookie season in 1965. No other Bears player has scored more than 16 TDs.

No Bears player will ever have a better mullet—and none will probably appear in as many games or seasons as the former long-snapper. Mannelly played 54 more games than any other Bear—more than three full seasons.

Hester rewrote the NFL record books and should be the next Bears player inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. No other Bears player has more than eight return TDs.
