De eigenaren wonen hier vanaf de bouw en hebben de woning jarenlang met veel plezier bewoond. Dat is ook te zien! Fijn is de houtkachel die lekker centraal bij de zithoek is. De kamer is dusdanig groot van formaat dat je er royaal de meubels ik kwijt kan en dan genoeg ruimte over hebt.
Aan de voorzijde tref je de keuken. Een ruime opstelling met veel werkblad, genoeg kastjes als bergruimte en natuurlijk diverse ingebouwde apparaten maken het tot een prettige (werk) plek.
1e Verdieping:
Hier tref je een overloop, twee slaapkamers aan de achterzijde, een slaapkamer aan de voorzijde en de badkamer. Alle drie de kamers zijn goed van formaat. De badkamer is door de opzet zeer ruimtelijk. De tegels zijn neutraal, de inloopdouche heeft een glazen wand en tegen de muur van de slaapkamer hangt een wastafelmeubel met twee kranen. En uiteraard ontbreekt het toilet niet.
2e Verdieping:
Een verdieping die ruim is opgezet met een overloop met de wasmachineaansluiting en de opstelling van de cv-ketel, WTW-installatie, bergruimte onder het schuine dak en vervolgens een nog eens 2 slaapkamers waarvan een voorzien van dakkapel en de ander met Velux dakraam. Vanaf de overloop heb je daarnaast ook nog toegang tot een grote bergvliering.

The owners have lived here since construction and have enjoyed living in the house for many years. It shows! Just look at the front and backyard, beautifully landscaped, attractive and an extra place to enjoy both inside and outside. The same goes for the inside as well. It looks neat and modern.
Located in a nice spot in the neighborhood. Car-free at the front, allowing an unobstructed view of the surroundings and parking is around the corner. The same goes for sports and recreation. Really everything is within reach. You are at the recreational lake De Rietplas, where you can enjoy swimming and supping in the summer and ice skating in the winter. The house is centrally located and close to amenities such as Castellum station (5 minutes) but also in relation to elementary school. Do you like cycling? The tunnel under and you cycle in the countryside between the fruit trees in the outskirts of Houten.

First floor:
The hall is a substantial space when you enter. It immediately looks neat and tidy with modern tiles on the floor, a nice ceiling and neat walls. Then the toilet. Neat modern and equipped with light tiles, a hanging closet and a sink. Then the stairs to the floor and the door to the living room. Fine is that the door has glass, it gives a connection between the hall and the living room.
The living room is tastefully finished and because of the expansion a beautiful, open space, completely focused on the garden with a large glass front at the rear and on the side another hallway where children can hang their wet stuff. Nice is the wood stove that is nice and central to the seating area. The room is so big that you can generously put the furniture I and then have enough space left.
At the front you will find the kitchen. A spacious layout with plenty of worktop, enough cabinets as storage space and of course various built-in appliances make it a pleasant (work) place.
1st Floor:
Here you will find a landing, two bedrooms at the rear, a bedroom at the front and the bathroom. All three rooms are of good size. The bathroom is by design very spacious.
