Pause or delete/end a Meal Train page - Meal Train Help (2024)

Meal Train pages do not expire and can be used as long as needed. We have seen some pages used for years!

To pause a Meal Train page:

1. Sign in as the Organizer, click the Edit Page button at the top of the page.
2. Click Edit Dates and remove any unbooked open dates.
3. Go to the Meal Train page and cancel any booked dates that are no longer needed by clicking the "Make Changes" button next to the booked date.
4. Click the View/Email all participants and let everyone know why you are pausing the Meal Train. When you are ready, you can come back and add dates and email all again.

To delete a Meal Train page

1. Sign in as the Organizer, click the Edit Page button at the top of the page.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red Delete this Meal Train button.
3. If you deleted a Meal Train page by mistake, please contact us through the contact form.
