We visited 6/23/2022 and were very impressed with everything! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. This is not a "roadside zoo" where animals are just in cages pacing around, in case you were wondering! The animals were very active and looked really happy and engaged with their surroundings. A keeper told us that 60% of their animals are surrendered exotic pets. The petting zoo was really nice and the goats were very interested in us. We watched some keepers preparing the animal diets for the day. The food was fresh and looked yummy! We will be back when we visit TN again.

This place is amazing! There’s a little something for everyone. They have birds, reptiles, goats, emus and so much more! My favorite part was Jefferey, the co*ckatoo. 🥰 They have an awesome gift shop as well. If you’re looking for something to do, this place is a must.

Very cool assortment of live, exotic animals, as well as a farm exhibit with sheep and goats you can feed. They even had live axolotls for sale! I think I enjoyed it even more than my kids! One of the most reasonable attractions in Pigeon Forge (even the gift shop). Definitely recommend!

Good family activity for all ages. Less than $20 per person. Takes about two hours to go through.Plenty different animals to look at, with information cards beside each one. They have lots of different kinds of snakes and birds. The outside is interactive. For a couple of extra dollars, you can buy a small bag of food for the sheep and the goats.

This is a must see in Pigeon Forge. What a great selection of animals, reptiles and creatures! The facility was neat and orderly and well managed. I only wish they had more hand washing stations and/or hand sanitizer dispensers. The kids absolutely loved it.

While searching for activities in Pigeon Forge, I found the Rainforest Adventure Zoo. The positive reviews made me visit, and I'm happy I did. It's been one of my favorite local attraction so far. It wasn't crowded due to the off-season, but the staff were still great. They have a wide range of well-cared-for animals from around the world. Plus, there are goats, a must-have in Pigeon Forge! It's a great spot for families or solo visitors. I stayed for an hour and a half, mostly because of the goats. Lol I give it 5 stars. Worth a visit if you have the chance.

This is the best little zoo I've ever been to, my 5 year old and 3 year old enjoyed every bit of it, especially feeding the sheep and goats. You can buy feed for the sheep and goats at the front register when you get your tickets. This place is clean, majority of it is indoors. Very reasonably priced gift shop as well, with very nice employees. Will return in the future.

This place was absolutely amazing. We got there around 10 and that was the perfect time. The animals were active and lively. We fed the goats and laughed so much, they were very eager to get food. We were there when it was feeding time and we got to see all the animals jump around and eat. The best part was the co*ckatoos. One of the zookeepers told us they loved music and we could play some. We did and they danced and sang (very loudly) with the music. We laughed so much and had the best time. If we're in the area again we will be back.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Some of the animals did not look well at all. The blue macaws were so thin and needed nail trimming. I don’t know the history though if they are rescued animals, but it seemed some of the animals were well cared for and others were not. There was also a young green macaw that looked like she had eggs and no nest area or materials. She was just trying to nest in the mulch.

I absolutely loved this place. The animals were fun and well cared for. Loved the gift shop - one of the cheaper ones in the area. They have some amazing fossils for sale there. Had a fun time petting the goats and sheep. A family favorite we plan on visiting each time we return to the area. They also sell axolotls there and have so much information about them.

This place is great. They don't have the typical "zoo" animals like you think in your head like giraffes, zebras, elephants. They do have a variety of animals you rarely see, toucans, axolotls, lemurs, a sweet co*ckatoo named Jeffrey I wish i could have taken home with me 😊, porcupines, ferrets, rats.... A small petting area with goats, sheep and ostriches. Lots of beautiful plants. Definitely recommend visiting here.

Great place for family fun. The finger monkeys are the best! My son has a monkey stuffed animal and they were so curious about it. Definitely recommend for some good memories if your kiddos like reptiles.

My husband and I are visiting Tennessee for our honeymoon and found the zoo while searching for things to do. It was definitely different and fun learning about different animals. I can definitely see why a lot of people put low reviews because of the dirty conditions but I don't think majority of the enclosures were that bad. I felt bad for the goats, sheep and emus because they all had to share an enclosure and there are a lot more goats than anything.

Pretty good place to visit. It’s very educational with some hands on with some of the animals. Kids and adults will love it.

Really enjoyed seeing all the animals. You can pet and feed the goats and sheep. My favorites were the different monkeys and Lemurs!

This was one of the best things we did this trip. It’s not a huge place but they have a lot of animals I’ve not ever seen. Roe (one of the co*ckatoos) was the most fun bird! She has the best personality and was so interactive. We would go again! Worth the time and price even with my two teenagers.

Love Dolly! Was looking for something to do or see while waiting for a shop to open up and this was perfect! Weather was perfectBe sure to check out the wings of wonder around the corner too. I'm sure Dolly herself would love them

If you are a Dolly fan, you have to see the Dolly Parton statue in front of the courthouse. 🤩Charming downtown area to explore and the friendliest people. It's not hard to see why Dolly loves her hometown and they love 💕 Dolly 😍

I love that the statue of Dolly Parton is in front of the courthouse of her hometown. However, this statue doesn’t look like Dolly very much to me. I don’t think it’s very flattering. But, it’s a notable tourist destination.

First time in downtown Sevierville. The statue of Dolly Parton is really beautiful with her sitting with her guitar with a butter fly on it! Around the corner is a pretty set of wings. Lots of local shops and eateries around.Near the statue is a brochure box where you can pickup the Walking Tour of Historic places in town.

Sevierville is a quaint and lovely town. There are murals on several walls, the town was beautifully decorated with fall decor and lots of pumpkins. The gazebo is so pretty. The people we met were so friendly and warm. I would love to live here.

Really nice tribute statue and Overview info guides on her life and works and contributions to the area in which she is from.Nice, quant square with the ambience of the old south. Gives you a relaxed, peaceful feeling just being there and relaxing in the shade of the trees and admiring the tributes.

Love seeing the statue of Dolly Parton. Very beautiful statue. Sits on the courthouse grounds. Under a shady tree, the figure is of young, starry-eyed Dolly, barefoot, sitting on a rock with her guitar.‐--------According to Dolly, for the first few years of the statue's existence, her dad would put a bucket of soapy water in his pickup truck and clean off the statue's pigeon poop every night

Lovely tribute to Dolly located at Courthouse on quaint street just a street away from the hustle and bustle. Seasonally decorated. 2 hour street parking.

Such a lovely tribute to Dolly Parton, her hometown of Sevierville, TN. Including some downtown pictures around the statue and courthouse. Off the main tourist path....I'd highly recommend visiting downtown Sevierville, don't miss it!

If you're a fan of Dolly or country music in general then you definitely need to stop and get a quick picture with her statue! Take a little extra time and explore downtown Sevierville while you're in the area.

We travelled many miles to cross the Atlantic Ocean.. and finally got to see the famous dolly Parton statue 🥰Whist staying and visiting Tennessee 👍😀My Wife has been a huge fan for many many years and this was a must see..I didn't realise the area surrounding had so much history too.Well worth a visit to see the Dolly Parton statue.

We heard we needed to stop and see the Dolly Parton statue while in Sevierville. We went by and thought the information about Dolly's life was great and know she has done alot for this area, but the statue was a disappointment. Thought they could have created something more realistic of Dolly even 30 years ago that people could recognize.

Good selection of stores! I’d recommend going early and avoiding weekends; finding a parking spot is almost impossible during busy times. The first time we visited we went on a Tuesday around 10, it was easy to move around and we quickly found a parking spot. We decided to go back later in the week on a Friday and drove around for 20 minutes looking for a parking spot before leaving.

Love the place .. If you're shopping here in the Tanger outlet ask for Danielle she works there and she's an amazing representative for the brand .. She's the lady for the job .. However have Cindy be your cashier and make sure you join Coach emailing list .

We have so many things we needed for a trip out of the country. They have over 90 stores to shop from and we were able to find some good deals. They have several restaurants on site if you want to eat and shop some more

Tanger Outlets is a massive mall outlet complex in Seviersville Tennessee. The amount of stores is staggering. My wife spent 4 hours shopping while I walked the dogs and talked to all the friendly folks shopping. My wife bought bags of Christmas 🎄🎁🎁 gifts while I walked. This mall is great for walking. Very level

This is a really nice outlet mall! We tried a couple of times to use the little vending machines to get a coupon book and kept failing...but when we went to guest services they hooked us up! I was most excited for the Merrell outlet and my husband loved the Under Armor store and the Direct Tools Factory Outlet. We got some great deals and are pretty happy campers. 😊

Went to Tanger Outlet Mall to do some Christmas shopping. This place has everything you could want in shopping. Disney, Nike, Columbia, Old Navy, and tons of high end stores. It's a fantastic mall as far as store choices go. I gave four stars because it's an outlet mall but the prices in a lot of stores don't reflect that. Old Navy is the exception though. We got baby clothes for $1.49 a piece. Lots of other real bargains as well. The Disney store also had some real buys. Tons of Star Wars and Marvel comics items in the Disney store. I would reccomend a visit but remember this is a tourist outlet mall. So keep your expectations in check. Give it a try and with some work you can find some bargains.

Lots of places huge variety high end for a good value. Husband scored at Clark's shoes any 2 pair for 109.00. That's a good deal for Clark's. Talbot's clearance 50-70 percent off. I'm sure there are many more values throughout. Crumble, southern kitchen and bar restaurant plus more places to eat, wine, cigars. More shopping than can be done in a day. It's a shopping experience if you have not done outlet malls.

We go here once a year. 2023 I went 2x this year! Fun time. Great scenic views. The shopping is true outlet shopping...February is a great time and late July to early August for shopping and deals. I come away with Christmas and birthday gifts for months from all the deals.

This Tanger Outlet was amazing! Any shop you can imagine, from disney to Vans and so much more. We spent a lot of time here...and money, but it was all worth it. It was ne a t that there were a few places to eat and drink and that there was a putt putt course and arcade to stop at as well.

The Tanger Outlet Malls are always nice and Sevierville is no exception. Large and well laid out with an abundance of shopping at any kind of store imaginable. A great way to get some exercise while shopping. The parking is abundant with places convenient to any store. Well landscaped and attractive shopping experience.

Different than other Tangers we have been to and we liked it. Way more open in the layout with what seems to be even more parking. There is more food here than at other locations as well. Found some really good deals as usual and all the people we interacted with were very nice. Probably our favorite Tanger yet!

Great shopping area. If they don't have it here then they do not make it. Everything under the sun. Beautiful shopping area with plenty of restaurants.

Some of the stores at this outlet are my favorite. However, the parking is absolutely horrendous. Make sure you have on your walking shoes and are prepared to walk from point A to Z. You can end up looking for parking for well over an hour so make sure you have plenty of time when you go there.Also, make sure you don't go hungry because there are very few food choices. You want to make sure that you have eaten a meal before you arrive and don't plan to eat again until you are completely done with all of your shopping, unless you want pizza or pasta. There is plenty of places to eat down the road but not in the outlet itself. Due to the parking/walking situation, normally, you will be there for quite some time.Update, in reference to the response to my review. It would be very nice if there was a Chicken Salad Chick, Chick-fil-A, and a good burger restaurant there. That would certainly tick all the boxes for every one of my family members.

Me and my girls love this outlet mall. There are so many shops and most of them have great prices. My favorite is the Coach store. I always come out of there with a new purse that I’ve gotten for a steal. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of parking but when it’s crowded you may have to wait on a spot.

Me & my husband brought back home about 4 bottles of liquor. This one is my favorite! Mixed with coffee is bomb! So yummy paired with dessert.Friendly guys working the back bar that did our tastings. Really enjoyed what we brought home :) 10/10 would go back

This distillery was a highlight in the area. Pray that Patricia will be working when you visit because if she is it puts the whole experience over the top. When you stop you get 8 free samples to try whatever flavors you want. Of the 8 there wasn't one that I wouldn't recommend. Be prepared to be in a tough spot when you leave and decide what you want to buy. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you!!!

First time here. Came back from Busch Baked Beans factory. Stopped here to check it out. Great idea. We had a blast. Laura was awesome. Whiskey was good and their version of white lightning was sooooo smooth. Very reasonably priced, especially compared to some of the more notable whiskey distilleries in the area that are more geared towards tourists. Would definitely recommend.Side note: down the street from the distillery is a small barbecue roadside smoke shop. Best BBQ I have ever had. Was a great place to stop after the tasting. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome way to bring in our stay! MA was spectacular. She new just how to pair each drink. And was so excited to show her favorites off. Friendly staff, really helpful. Moonshine tasted good. Check out the coffee and peanut butter cup flavors. I was happy enough with their bourbon. Pricing was pretty good, checkout the coupon books outside for a coupon for free shot glasses with purchase.Can’t say more good about the staff!Also, because this isn’t Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, don’t expect the tourist crowds, which was a definite plus!!!Have fun, drink shine, drive safe, life is good.

Tennessee Legend Distillery.. all I can say is YUMMMMY. Ma was such a fabulous host, and recommended what she liked the most. She went step by step explaining how the Distillery came to be, and how they made the shine so tasty! Pleasant and sweet, her energy can't be beat. We did some taste testing to start, that's when we added to our cart. Any flavor sweet or sour, will leave you feeling warm hour to hour. Great distillery spot, come take a shot! Thank you for such a great time Ma- you're the best we've had, leaving you and this beautiful state made us sad! Til we meet again my friend!Love ,Shay

AMAZING!! The liquor was the best we’ve ever had. Patricia is the mother you never had and the bartender you always wanted. What they’ve managed to do here is captured the tears of Chris Stapleton, bottled it and allowed the great Smokey mountains to kiss it. If you pass by and don’t stop you’ve missed out on the best Tennessee has to offer.

The wife and I stopped in to do some tastings, her favorites were the cinnamon and wedding bells. My favorite was smoked apple and blackberry. We told the lady we were recently married and on our honeymoon and she gave is a free bottle of wedding bells and 2 shot glasses as a gift. Awesome place, good drinks and friendly fun staff.

We bring all our out of state visitors here. Patricia(Ma) is an outstanding employee. Every single time we go there, we always get the same outstanding service. She goes above and beyond for the customer. To top it off, their cream liquors are delicious! So thank you, Ma, for making us feel so welcomed!

Patricia assisted us and she was fantastic! She was knowledgeable about all of the products and about what mixes well with others! Great night cap for the parents after a long day with the kids. Calm quiet tourist free crowd. Every thing we tried tasted so good it was hard to decide what we wanted to buy at the end. This will be staple stop for our future trips for sure.

I had such a fun time here a few weeks ago and nearly forgot to leave a review. Luckily Bonnie who was helping from another location sent me home with a review card and she made such an impression on me I still remember her name weeks later so thankfully she will get the recognition she deserves also. Me and my crew from work found TLD and decided to stop for a sampling and let me tell you, all 8 samples were some of the best I've had. I prefer the whiskey to the moonshine but that's a personal preference not a reflection of their product. The salted Carmel, the peach, and some of their mixers were unforgettable. We stopped to get the assassins creed bottles and left with much more. The shop is quaint, the whiskey is smooth and flavorful, and if the rest of the staff is half as wonderful as Bonnie than you will have such a great time stopping in.

My family and I were in town from Florida. God do we love the smokies. Unfortunately this is a stop we should have not made. The place is cute inside but the managers are HORRIBLE. As I walked in, I was greeted by a lady by the name of Sara. ( Manager later found out) she had on a tank top with a lot showing, which I don’t think is appropriate. Especially with children and husbands coming in. It’s a wine place!!!!! She was very rude to the customers in a fake sort of way. She was very bossy to the employees there and was very talkative about customers. How they should have bought stuff, wine tasting free doesn’t mean to just come in a taste. You should buy something. I looked at her and she smiled saying “ I was just kidding”. Of course I didn’t find it funny. Of course at this point I’m ready to go. The wine was good but the service was horrible. I asked earlier to the manager Sara. Who was the district manager of this location. She stated SHE WAS! Looking further into it because I was just so disappointed and disgusted. She is only the GENERAL MANAGER. What else could they be lying about? The vibe when you walk in, doesn’t seem so friendly. My son was playing with his sisters Barbie and a gentleman with short facial hair, hat looked over at the wine stand to the employees to laugh. My son is 5!!!!!!!!!!I will never be back. I’ve called corporate and I will definitely tell people about this place!Don’t Go Here. Especially if you have kids or lgbtq.You won’t feel welcomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the best time at the winery. James was a great host during our wine tour at Hillside Winery. The wine was delicious and the slushy was the best. I bought two bottles of wine and the slushy mix.

Brenda was wonderful!! Very informative, fun, and engaging. The wine was tasting was great. I do recommend the wine and cheese trail

My wife loved one of their wines. We had fun with the butterfly wings painted on the front porch.

Mrs. Dawn was so nice and sweet. We enjoyed tasting the list of wines! They were all really good. She had a lot of great suggestions for the wines. She was friendly and it was one of the most memorable experiences from our vacation!

Me and two of my friends came here while on vacay! It was our first stop on the rocky top wine trail. We had James as our server and he was awesome!!! Definitely our favorite winery and server during our visit would recommend and will plan to come back!! Also the wine is delish! I got myself a bottle of vino Rosso and honey blues ♥️

This winery is amazing! The decor and gift shop is adorable. Staff is friendly & helpful, we just adored Shawnda! They recruited my hardcore bourbon drinking boyfriend into a wine drinker. I highly recommend Hillside Winery - a must visit in Sevierville, TN.

Lauren was fantastic during our wine tasting! She was super personable, informative & informed, and had great local dining recommendations! Would definitely recommend stopping by as part of the wine trail or just by itself!

Very friendly staff and nice winery. Great selection of wines. A little pricey then what I'm used too as far as bottles go. But that seems to be the going price of the area. Other than that worth a visit.

One of our favorites. We tried so many wines and extras 🥳 They have goodies to purchase that we definitely enjoyed too. They give you glasses when you visit a few of their sister wineries which is cool.

Wonderful place for wine. We went on the wine tour and stopped here. Tessa was helping with our wine tasting and was great! Very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. We ended up purchasing four bottles. Wonderful wine. Will definitely go back and hopefully Tessa will be there she was wonderful.

Katelyn was absolutely amazing! After doing the wine trail and not having the best service from the past bartenders (didn’t stamp, or explain how any of the wine trail worked. Didn’t explain the free glass of wine or prize at the end of the trail. Did the tasting too fast and had to “unwillingly” guzzle my wine, even though they were not busy.). Katelyn was absolutely phenomenal! She explained things and allowed us to sip and really taste what were great wines. Keep up the great work Katelyn!!!

We don’t drink wine but because hotel had no amenities we decided to walk over to see what they had. We decided to do the free wine tasting and I am glad we did. Staff was so friendly and listened to why I never enjoyed wine. We walked out with 2 delicious bottles of wine paired a slushy bag option. Great experience and will definitely be ordering delivery when we get home.

We love visiting Tennessee Shine CO on each vacation! They have the best Blush wine! I always stock up when we are in town. The shine is great as well. Customer service is always top-notch when visiting. They are always so helpful and informative. Can't wait for our next visit!!

This location is the best store first time to Tennessee and our first moonshine tasting worm totally hooked us up. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made the experience really fun. We tried all sorts of yummy moonshine’s, and he put together a couple drinks with the moonshine, which, of course we had to purchase the flavors to make it home, everybody at this location was so helpful and nice. We ended up purchasing moonshine some gloves, a sweatshirt, some Chapstick, which the Chapstick is very awesome and works very well. The gloves are warm but the tips for using your phone don’t really work. I love the little bag that the gloves come in, so you can hook it to your belt loop which came in extremely handy, after having been to several other moonshine tastings again I have to say this location was the best experience ever. Worm helped us and he was amazing so if you go here, ask for Worm 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location for moonshine tasting. He will not be disappointed, ask them to make you a banana split 😋

Visited Tennessee Shine Co the first night we were in town. We really enjoyed the experience. Visited the “big name” moonshine store the next night. You can tell the difference! The other place was a tourist trap that just wanted you to spend your money and move along….and the product was not as good. We visited Tennessee Shine Co again later in the week and had an even better experience. The staff was friendly and introduced us to their wines as well. We are NOT wine drinkers but thought we would give it a try. We left with three jars of shine and three bottles of wine. My advice is to skip the big factory like stores in the tourist trap and go see the folks at Tennessee Shine Co!

Love this stuff. Visited distillery in Pidgeon Forge. Purchased the straight off the still. Highly recommend. Ordered Jalapeño Cornbread online and want to order more of both. Superior tasting spirits to so many I have tried.Just amazing taste to the Jalapeño cornbread. Sweet smell on the nose and taste On the front. Hint of heat on the backend. I could drink this all day. Well prob after 2 I will be on the floor lol.Straight off the still 135 proof but just as solid a spirit. Easy to drink. You will be surprised. Trust me.Keep doing what you are doing Tennessee shine. Great stuff.

Bought the jar of pickled jalapenos moonshine. Just excellent. Very smooth and tasty.Can't wait to play with making snacks out of them.Staff and atmosphere were super welcoming. Explained their distillery and gave me lots of pickle samples.

Went here on the Wine Me, Shine Me, Dine Me tour, very fun atmosphere and people. The wine was so good! Definitely will go back and recommend others to stop in.

Great place to taste Wine and Moonshine for free, this is a must stop place near Smokey Mountain area! Jalapeno Cornbread, Straight off the still, wild cherry - these three are my favorites from at-least 20 of them I tasted!

Bubba took care of us so well. We have never had a better experience in our many years of coming to Gatlinburg. He took in consideration our likes and created mixtures we would absolutely love. As we entered the store we told him we weren’t into just taking straight shots of whiskey or moonshine and he catered to that. I never thought walking into this store we would get the such an exceptional experience but bubba made our trip absolutely amazing. The moonshine here is top notch and come to find out, bubba and his brother created their signature tastes. This store is a must not miss for your Gatlinburg trip. Ask for bubba!

Dylan was a great host in Pigeon Forge. We went in for wine tasting but changed over to moonshine. Dylan was really knowledgeable about the wine and moonshine options. His Pickle was delicious! There ya go, Dill Pickle!Wild Bill was also great. Thank you both for a great birthday song!

This was my first time to Tennessee and my first time moonshine tasting, and I loved it. Bubba made it THE BEST experience EVER! It's all about customer service and Bubba was 2nd to none. He had me laughing until I cried. I gave him a very generous tip and thanked him for an enjoyable experience. The moonshine and the combinations of moonshine available to make custom flavors were delicious. The straight moonshine was smooth. This is a must try experience if you're in the area. Thanks Bubba!

Took my husband cause he loves moonshine. Had fun with the tasting, bartender was very knowledgeable and very funny. Plenty of moonshine places and they all put a different spin to their products but I love Tennessee Shine's moonpie shine!!! It's so good and smooth!!

Our bachelorette party had a phenomenal experience here!!! We were on a private tour with Smokey Mountain shine me wine me dine me tours. Bubba is a hoot and you can learn how moonshine is made!!! Would definitely recommend. The espresso whiskey is amazing!!

This place is amazing! Have been to several different moonshine stores but this one has been hands down the best. All the samples were delicious and unique from the others. The hoodies were awesome, super soft. If you're looking for a fun experience try out this place!

Stopped by on my way out of town in late October. Bartender was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Their apple pie moonshine is the best I’ve tasted of any brand. 🤤 Loved the 6 pack mix ‘n match mini deal they had. Wish they’d been distilling that day so I could see the process, but now I have another reason to go back!

we had a lot of fun here today. we walked through and engaged with all the animals and had a great time getting up close to some animals you wouldn’t have many opportunities to see up close the way we did today! They were all very friendly and came up to with us with or without food. I will say it was a bit off putting seeing rats running around in the Watusi enclosure and I see from other reviews this has been an issue for quite a while. I did not read the reviews until after our visit and I would like to say that there was not a kangaroo present today and some of the enclosures animals are in in previous reviews seem to have more space now. In relation to previous reviews I’ve just read; I really appreciate that anything we noticed health wise about the animals such as an abscess or a hurting leg on the horse, there were signs indicating that a vet had seen the animal and there was a treatment plan in place for that animal. A deer did nip at the my babies feet out of curiosity lol (did not hurt him) and we were informed on what to do and what not to do and how to stay safe in the enclosures which we really appreciated. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I thought the price was fair for the experience. Always use your own discretion up close interacting with exotic animals! Staff/company shouldn’t be blamed if you don’t follow instructions on signs and safety warnings! We were there until closing time and saw the animals being fed by staff.

This was so much fun for the whole family! We really enjoyed the pony rides and being able to interact with all the exotic animals. They are incredibly friendly and mostly like to be pet, except for a few shy guys. I adore cows and the long horns are so so so sweet! They loved having their heads scratched. Even one of the elk leaned over the fence to give me a kiss! It was one of the best days ❤️ the staff are also very attentive and knowledgeable, but prepare to get dirty! You will be on a farm.

Kids loved feeding the zebras, camels, swarms of deer and goats. Pony rides were great too; just a little short. Three loops max. Four would feel more satisfactory. Still fun. Friendly staff.

Very cool place, seems like you're driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep driving you will get there. Staff was all very happy, friendly and informative. Animals seemed happy and well cared for. Their living areas were all very clean too. You can walk through in about an hour and feed just about every animal there and they will eat from your hand. You can also go inside the goat area to pet them and you can pick up the baby goats if you wish to do so. You can go into a deer station and pet them too. This place has rabbits, turkeys, emus, Llamas, donkeys, exotic bovines, deer, goats, camels, birds, zebras and other animals. It cost about $40 for 2 adult admissions with a large souvenir feed cup and 2 sliced up apples to feed the animals. It's about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge but worth the drive. This looks like a great place to take kids.

I enjoyed this secluded little farm of exotic animals. This was my boyfriends first time at a zoo and it was fairly priced and not too crowded. I think the unique thing that this place has against other places is the deer. You can actually go in their gate and feed them and pet them. It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day for it.

We arrived a little early and were greeted by a gate so if you're fixin' to get there earlier than opening DON'T.Went on a hour trail ride. The staff are friendly and the horses are well trained for trail riding.My mom has bad hips and needed a hand getting her leg over. The next day after the ride she said her hips felt loosened up and she was in less pain. She said she'll be doing more horseback riding.The trail ride was pleasant and my horse a little sassy but well trained.The horses like people have different personalities and the horses we got matched us well.Also if you weigh more than 250lbs you can not ride. They do have a scale and they are serious about the well being of their horses.There are quite a few places to go horseback riding but we were glad to choose this place. Definitely would go back again

What a great place with a variety of animals! Came here with my 3yr old and 1yr old. My 3 yr old rode a pony and I liked that I could walk the pony alongside her instead of staff doing it. Feeding the animals was such a fun experience. We ALL enjoyed it. The deer were really gentle that my 1yr old was feeding them. Got to pick up a baby goat too! We spent a good 2hrs here. Highly recommend for families.

We loved it! We saw so many different animals! Elk, Zebra, Ostriches, Goats, Turkeys, Reindeer, & more. We got to go in the Goat pen & Deer pen for pets. It was all so cool! My 5 year old wanted to go back the next day :)

This little gem is a great opportunity for the little ones to interact with the animals. They had so much fun petting them and feeding them! Inexpensive prices and so much to offer. We went during our kid’s spring break so there was a lot of people but overall we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Kind staff and the animals look well kept. Would highly recommend and come back!

Super cool place to take your kids while in Smoky Mountains, the animal variety was amazing and the interaction was superb. I was a little saddened I didn't get to ride the horses, when I got there I didn't know you have to be below 250lbs 😔... other than that loved the place and staff was very nice and friendly.

The highlight of our trip! We are visiting town from Orlando and I’m so glad we visited Smokey Mountain Deer Farm, my son yelled “that was better than Disney” right when we got in the car. The animals were so great with the kids, you could get so close, closer than any zoo I’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend!

Great petting zoo to visit with the kids! The employees were super friendly and helpful. You get a big cup of feed for the animals for only $3.50. The entire place is very stroller friendly, which was appreciated! It's fairly easy to get to, but away from the busy areas, and it's not overpriced like most area attractions.

I was supposed to post this review in May, but I completely forgot. This place is amazing! This was our 2nd time here. After we pet and fed animals, we took our daughter to ride the ponies, but the weight limit is 100 lbs. She weighed 105 lbs so she couldn't ride them. She was crushed, however when we went to get a refund, they offered her a ride on a horse instead! She was the happiest little girl that day and could not stop talking about it! Thank you so much Exotic Deer Farm! You made our daughters day that day and I'm so thankful! <3

We had so much fun. It is a very friendly place for animal lovers. We spent about 2.5 hours there, and my kids made sure to hug and love each and every goats, deers, and feed all the other animals. We got there at 10 am, we got useful instructions and feed at the shop. We purchased 3 cups of feed and 3 apples, and it was enough to feed everyone. You'd need to bring in quarters if you want to feed the emus because their food is coming from a dispenser next to their pasture. My kids had the best time. Thank you so much.

This was so much fun!! We don't have kids and decided to just go ourselves... Adults, you can totally enjoy this visit without little ones 😊 My husband and I got to hold baby goats, fed tons of unique animals, and were swarmed with an overload of cuteness! You can go in the pens for both the goats and the deer and you can feed all the animals there (just make sure to read the signs on what they can eat). We split one large souvenir cup of feed between the two of us and it was plenty. Had a lot of fun and definitely recommend!Just a note... you WILL get dirty and smell. Wear clothes and shows you are comfortable with getting messy. Bring something to change into if you plan on going back out or go home to change.

After having a horrible experience at Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg, this trip could only go up. The woman at the beginning clearly explained the rules and instructions. The layout of the farm is a big loop and it's easy to see everything so you don't have to worry about whether you missed an animal pen. They are also all labeled clearly what animal is in there. There are workers constantly going around checking their pens and cleaning/feeding. The animals seem to be well cared for. The prices for admission are cheap, the feed and apples are cheap. Just don't forget to bring some quarters for the special containers of feed for the birds and baby llama. Overall, so much fun! We will definitely come back again to try the horse riding!

The absolute most amazing place ever! So happy I found this gem of a place! It is very affordable and very fun! The animals are so sweet and friendly. It is awesome you get to feed them and interact with them. The deer area is my favorite! Highly recommend this place, great for family fun!

We're from Indiana, decided to have a girls day with 4 of my girls ages 8, 10, 10, & 17. My 8 year old daughter is autistic, (more so doesn't go out of her comfort zone, gets scared of noises and such.)I was worried about her going alone because, she's only riden as a small child. She was nervous driving there however, our leader was more than a leader. She got right on 0 issues and did amazing! She stayed right behind him, he was amazing at being very kind to us, explaining everything along the way making her fit right in, along with the rest of us. We originally made reservations else where (without searching around) they had to cancel on us. I'm so happy they did, because we ended up where fate led us, HERE. One day i hope to come back. Amazing memories, staff, horses & views. We also got to choose if we wanted a helmet or not. 10/10 recommend. Thank you, again!

We called a week before to book the horse ride. When we got there, there were only 2 other scheduled groups for the day. We went on a Monday. We got there an hour before the trail ride so we went into the petting zoo first. We bought a cup of food and 2 apples. There’s so many animals and many different pens. You can go into the goat pen and the deer pen. The deer are very food excited but honestly don’t love to be pet. The horse ride was very pretty. Definitely didn’t feel like an hour. We saw some deer laying in the trees too. Our horses were very well behaved. I rode Pete and my husband rode Comanche.

One of my best memories in the area by far!! I loved getting to see the deer and goats up close and feed them. The other animals were all really awesome to see as well. Def recommend for all!!

This "warbird" museum is incredibly in-depth with the history of flight. There are so many amazing exhibits to see from the various flight suits to the different kind of engines. The planes and other vehicles on display are well maintained and are at times brought out and flown.

Nice museum. Had particular interest to us as it featured some Civil Air Patrol items and a display of an Army chaplain who was a friend of mine in Seminary.

Fewer planes than I expected, but we'll worth the time to stop. They also had a nice exhibit area with related items and gift shop.

This was a wonderful place to stop with the kids! The owners were so friendly & informative & had no problem answering our kids thousands of questions. Admission is very affordable compared to other tourists things to do around town. Would highly recommend to stop by!

This place was so cool! If you are into planes, helicopters and military exhibits you definitely need to carve out time to stop here. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the exhibits and displays.

Two adults visited this on a Thursday in late September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We spent about 4 hours going through the museum including the planes and other vehicles in the hanger and talking with several of the volunteers. YMMV as we are museum nerds and love to spend time reading the thoughtful displays. The museum covers aviation history from the beginnings through about Desert Storm with an emphasis on WW2. Several of the planes in the hanger are still flight capable. A special exhibit on Military Chaplains was very well done. A really nice find in this very touristy area. One small observation is that (for us older folks) some of the descriptions were not well lit and had too small type font to be read easily.

Great museum, full of very interesting aircraft and artifacts. It is beautifully laid out with a lot of attention to detail. There were some surprises such as the giant wind tunnel fan blades and the original Gnome rotary engine from WW1.Many thanks to Neal for the tour!

If your into planes and the history behind them this is the place to check out. Very detailed displays. I loved the cutout engines they had.

Great experience. I loved seeing all of the old planes and cars. Was a great educational stop as we spoke to a few ladies and got our questions answered. Gift shop is awesome.

We went to the Apple Barn Cider house on our wine tour. We had Denise to help with our tasting. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the ciders. Some of the best ciders we have tasted. We ended up buying three bottles and a growler. Denise was wonderful with her suggestions and was spot on with what she thought we would like! We definitely will go back.

Wasn’t able to find the hours posted. We stopped and had some food at the grill next door and we were told it was open until 7:30 and they closed at 5:30. We went in a few minutes after 5 and there were several employees just standing around. No one greeted us, offed any suggestions, or even acknowledged us and we were the only ones in the store.

Definitely worth a visit, my friend and i loved this spot! Wine tasting, cider tasting, candy/ fudge shop, gift shop all nice. The general store has soooo many of their apple products to choose from... butters, jellies, cake bread etc. The ice cream shop was great also, lots of unique flavors and allowed my friend to customize her banana split. The restaurant was amazing... fastest i have ever been seated and served. The complimentary apple fritters are to die for, and the fried chicken and chicken&dumplings were AMAZING!

My wife and I always hit the Rocky Top Wine Trail when we’re in Sevierville. I don’t drink wine but some how we end up with 2 to 3 hundred dollars of wine. The tour has changed over time and more expensive. But our second stop was here. Disappointed, staff needs training in customer service. When we entered the first lady was cleaning her station and just looked away. No hello or even a smile. I asked are y’all closing, her response was she’ll get you down there. So we went to the next station and that lady just stared at us. I asked if they are closing, she looked at clock and said you still have a few minutes. If we didn’t enjoy the restaurant we would have left right then. Will not go back.

This is part of the Ricky Top Wine Trail and we already stopped by their Mountain Valley Winery and had a great experience so we wanted to try them too. They give you a card to get stamped when you visit each of their 5 locations and you get a free wine glass when you get 3 stamps. We already got one and this property has this winery and also their Hard Cider House is connected.All 4 of the wines we samples were very good and definitely apple flavored. This is a beautiful property with lots to see and experience so this should definitely be a stop while you’re here!

We stopped by here as part of the wine trail. The whole Apple Barn area is cute. Everything is connected. We did our free tasting and then purchased a bottle to enjoy out on the patio. The prices are reasonable. You either have to use your own cups or purchase one of theirs if you are planning to drink it there.

Awesome winery to visit, really amazing views & great staff! All the sister wineries were close to each other and we were able to finish to pour tour and get a free wine glass & tumbler!

While visiting we stopped here to do a little shopping. They had so many cute one of a kind things. They have different flavor apple wines. There was a tasting but there were too many people at the time. We'll definitely have to visit next time we come to Tennessee.

This place is a must see !!! The people are so nice and helpful. Their Apple cider's are the best. They are very good at everything to do with Apple's. Their bakery is the best. Try they apple breads and their blackberry bread is sooo good 😎, Lucky for us the apple barn is 3 hrs away so we stop in every time we get to pigeon forge. Check them out you'll be delighted.

Food was excellent, could use more gravy with the Biscuits and Gravy. The pancakes looked odd but were EXCELLENT. Wine tasting was great and very good!

This is such a beautiful covered bridge. It is well preserved and not hard to find. Well worth the short drive off the main road to see this beautiful historic bridge.

Beautiful place to go visit and see. It was originally built in 1875. I believe it's one of the last covered bridges in Tennessee still in use. You can walk around and look out the windows of the bridge itself to the creek below where there actually used to be a grist mill.. Nice history. And it's free. But please.. don't leave evidence you were there..

Truly beautiful old bridge! Some people do drive pretty fast through it, so be careful. A local gentleman told us the saw was up on the hill and the engineers floated the timbers down the river to the site. There used to be a gristmill on this site as well.

Great place to visit if you love history. My wife is obsessed with all things historic so she made sure we checked it out. The creek was beautiful, and the bridge is covered in writing so bring a marker. Great place to get some good photography at as well.

Absolutely loved seeing this bridge and the abandoned property around it. The houses are blocked off and we only looked from the road, but very neat. Also walked across the bridge.

Had a great experience with this store. Had to see what the “catch” was with “buy one get two free.” It was as simple and true as the sign stated. You’re going to pay regular retail for the one pair, but the deal with the other two make it to where you’re paying just a great price for each of boots. Ethan was very helpful and took the time to help me find the best boot for me, even with the store being quite busy. Thanks again guys! We’re just getting into buying boots and got a nice start here.

The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.The staff members were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect boots for my kids.The store is really "buy one get two free" on their boots, with the caveat that you would only pay for the highest-priced pair. I did purchase three pairs of boots for my kids at an decent price. It was just about what I expected for a pair of boots to be (a little over $100 for children shoes).The smell of leather that permeated the air. The distinct aroma added a touch of authenticity to the shopping experience and enhanced the overall ambiance.

Every time I come to Pigeon, Forge this is the FIRST STOP I'm anxious to get to. I LOVE my cowboy boots. Always a great variety of women's boots and I leave super excited! Men's selection is okay, but the kids selection needs improvement. My kids want boots as well but there's never any cute ones for my girls. Service is always on point. They are very welcoming and helpful!

This place is great!! Great selection and prices…I mean who can scoff at buy 1 get 2 free. There were 5 of us and we had this young lady by the name of Jocelyn take care of us. She went above and beyond great customer service and you would have never known she only worked there a short period of time. I believe we walked out with 8 pair of boots and a few other things.

Very nice and helpful staff, boot prices aren't really bad when you consider the price of 3 pairs versus just paying $250 or so for a single pair. My issue is the boots aren't really worth buying in my opinion, they are lookers not really that great for work, or for long term. I will be going back to see if they have more options and if my mind is changed so will this review

Welcome fella at the entrance was not helpful or informative and seemed to be too occupied welcoming people in rather than answering customers questions. Selection was extremely pitiful for any child size. Yes, they have their ongoing infamous sale of buy one pair of boots and get two pairs free, but their boot prices are higher anyway. It seemed like a clean place but way too overrated, overpriced and understocked in various brands for my taste.

My girlfriend and I had a great buying experience at boot factory outlet. We ended up visiting both pigeon forge locations, but found better selection in our sizes at the one on parkway. Both Jeremy and Kansas were very helpful and we left with three great pairs of boots. Thank you!

This store did not disappoint. The customer service was amazing! Julie & Gracie were awesome! We had no actual plans to buy more than 3 pairs of boots… BUT with their help and much patience with our picky selves. We ended up with NINE pairs of boots! And that’s not even the best part! They worked it all out so we only ended up pay $365 total! That’s just a little over $40 a pair!!! Can’t beat that!!! Looking forward to coming back in for those Harley DavisonBoots I had my eye on! 😉

Boots boots and more boots. Fantastic sale, walked out with 4 pair for the price of 2. The sale was buy 1 get 2 free. We picked the 3rd pair for a grandchild and lady told us we could do better and pay for the child's....holy cow was she right. All the associates were so helpful. Our kids and son in laws will love the boots.

Great quality boots and thousands of options. Plan on spending an hour or more in the store because there are so many options. You can’t go wrong with buy one get two free and you can get a deal on the forth pair as well! Doesn’t matter size or style. Just mix and match and get the deal. Steve was the best. Very knowledgeable and an asset to have when fitting boots.

We have visited the speed park twice now and we absolutely love this place. We love that you pay one price for unlimited number of rides for the day. We always leave out and get lunch and then return and make it a full day of go carts, mini golf, bumper boats and much more. There is something to do for all ages. All rides are very well kept, and all employees are friendly regardless of how hot or tired they are. We did a YouTube review of our day as well. Check it out at The Dowdle Homestead.

For our family of 8 it was $360; that was without the large track and the additional ride. It was very busy so we were only able to do two of the tracks; we got there about 7:40. If you are staying close by and come and go in the day it is worth the money but for us who just wanted to ride a few times it definitely was not at all. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean!! I would just recommend looking into the price before doing like we did!

Super fun. A little expensive but lots to do, you could definitely spend the day here!! We tried to get there close to when they opened and I think that was a good idea... the later it got the longer the lines got. I will say the lines move pretty quick though and there are enough things to do that people are spread out. We went right after memorial day and it wasn't too busy. There are definitely things for all ages here! Even my very small 5yr old had a track she was able to drive on and she had a blast, she was also able to ride with us on almost every track. We had a group of 9 with us and it was fun for everyone! The kids are 15, 11, 9 and 5. Definitely a good time. Would recommend!

We had a great time even in 100 degree heat. Nice facility. Our grandson loved every minute.

I spent the day here with my 2 sons and we had a ball. Although it was hot, there was a water misting station available that I used quite a bit while they enjoyed the go carts. For a full day of activities, the price for unlimited rides was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back. I was looking forward to riding the tilt a whirl and the balloon ride but those were apparently down that day, so we only had the go cart options available.

We got tickets to this place through a time share deal, so we did pay significantly less than we would have at the gate. We only went for about 3 hours but it was so worth it! There's a good court and everyone was very nice. They have a large arcade area inside. Their tracks are awesome. All of our kids really enjoyed all of it!

We always love coming here. The wristband price for all day also includes the big fast track if you are 16yrs or older. All the other tracks are pretty legit to. There’s Some good racing. Solid arcade, and decent activities outside. The big track is the best! Double go karts are fast and very fun!!!!

Our family had a blast here! We have no complaints. Lines were short, ride time was long and karts were FAST! Arcade games were awesomely priced credit wise and we loved that even our 4 year old could drive on one track. Mini golf was included in our admission which we thought was awesome and super fun. Would definitely recommend!!

This place is only $32 for all day pass. Fun for young and old. It has several different race tracks, a putt putt course, a race track that requires a license (I suggest getting the white #4 car), indoor arcade, water bumper boats, a roller coaster, and fast food. I think it’s worth the money for Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

It's definitely a great experience for a group of friends or to bring your family. We'll priced too compared to other go-karts I've been too. I will be back when I'm in the area

I will start by saying this place has a lot to offer. Tickets are good all day, come and go. There are many tracks and many activities. Price wise its not cheap. My current trip had my son and I get 3 go-kart rides in and 2 rounds of mini golf in 6 hours. The waiting is the worst part, like Disney:30-40min wait for a 5 min ride. That could all change depending on your time of the year here, and we were here after a holiday. Mini golf was fun, the arcade is decent and not the worse I’ve seen. They have a lot of rides outside which were nice because no one was in line so we got to do all but the burnout without waiting. Food and drinks are fine. Parking is $5, $10 if you don’t buy anything. The karts offer a range from little kids to full size adults. The majority of the tracks are ok but the karts seem old and some are very fast while others have no power, we watched and had both. The fastest track they have, one I looked forward to, took over an hour to get on, as they had only 3 running karts, could not get any more to work and when they did, the kart broke after just 2 laps. The staff were mostly friendly and the ones at the fast track were apologetic, the guy was great, the girl seemed to hate life. Overall I think once is nice and may be worth it if you catch it at the right time of the year, but we probably would try other places before coming back here.

Great little place for a day out. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind to us. Plenty of rides so lines are never crazy long. Sometimes they're short staffed so staff are running multiple rides, but they're always so accommodating and friendly regardless. This particular trip, the person running the roller coaster was having a blast with the kids as it came around which made them enjoy it more.This place is disability friendly.

This place has a $5 parking fee. It’s pretty pricey to get a day pass. They have an arcade, several racetracks for every age. They have dirty restrooms. We got to there two hours before closing and the kids were ready to go after and hour and a half. I don’t recommend this for big party’s or teens. The go carts slow down close to closing time. Save your money and go the Skyland Ranch.

This place is great... you want your kids to start learning how to drive this is the place. It also has a restaurant, arcade, bowling area, etc.

Got there at 11 and didn't have to wait in line for very long. At about 11:15 the line was out the door. Some rides were closed, or my kids couldn't use the best track because they didn't have a drivers license. Kids had fun though. Food personnel weren't really helpful. They were all talking and ignoring people who wanted food. Had a pretzel, and that was good. The cheese that came with it wasn't very good. Daughter had fries and those were good. Pricing was good for the arm band and food.

3 of the rides aren't working. They just aren't many rides anyway. The lines for the go karts take at least a half hour to get through. However, it is busy spring break and this place is packed. 3 stars because the rides aren't very good.

We celebrated my little granddaughters 2nd birthday in the pavilion and it was very nice! It's covered and so weather friendly! We had great weather that day too! There was a lot of ball games going on but there was still plenty of parking and the kids and a few adults even got to take the bats, balls and gloves and have a little family balls game! You can reserve the pavilion for a couple hours at a time!

My dogs, nephews, and myself love coming here. Playground for the kids. Pools and slides in the summer. Dog park and trails for the fur babies. Tennis, baseball, and basketball courts also.

Peaceful. Little crowded sometimes but able to separate if desired. Greenway access is nice and the spots at the river are the perfect space to rest and spot some small wildlife. Great space remember to clean after yourself.

Grandkids had a great time, even in the rain. This is a cash only admission and food booth at the pool. They had fun on the playground too. Love it that there is a dog park here as well.

Love our park! Whether you are bringing the kids out for a swim and fun day on the splash pad, visiting the dog park, enjoying a picnic by the river or just out for an evening stroll, this park will serve you well. Most recently my husband and I enjoyed the greenway. As we crossed through the covered bridge, we spotted so much wild life that another visitor joked that there was no need for visiting the zoo. Such a beautiful setting!

This park was amazing 👏 my kiddos LOVED it!! It was a clean park, plenty of stuff for Manu kids to play on, cool unique stuff for them as well! Not seen to many parks with stuff like this. This is probably 1 of our favorite parks now!! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Exceptional park. They surrounded it with some time of squishy turf to keep the kids from getting hurt. They do need more than one baby swing though.

This is a great park. More amenities than I am used to seeing at parks and a well cared for park.The park had the following that we saw...Several tennis courts, several softball fields, several picnic areas, splash pad, water slides and pools, outdoor musical area, rope jungle gym, swings, outdoor workout bars, seesaws and dog parks. There were probably even more things available as well.The bathrooms were decent, but nothing extraordinary and were actually pretty far away from the main park.

Super cool park turfed and it is fenced in all around which eased any concerns, there is a musical section that was very neat to see at a park as well as the physical activity area swings and a nice playground. We were visiting from out of state and it is a place I would recommend for traveler’s

The park is ok, even after renovations it still lacks things for toddlers to do, not saying there aren't things, but you would expect more from a kids park. The equipment squeaks loudly, and the fake grassy grass is ripped in places. There is a musical section that was awesome although parts are missing from the drum area. All in all I do give the park a 3 star rating because my daughter did play and said she had fun! There was also ample seating with lots of shade for us parents 😁

Great place to take a bunch of 16 year old boys. Loved that they gave the option of paying $30 per room to add the extra hour after the normal 10pm close time. Gave more time for the slides since there were less folks around. The ropes coarse and mini golf were good but the rest was really for smaller ones. Arcade was a little expensive. The ladies at the arcade restaurant were great though. Very sweet and a lot less wait time. Had pretty much everything any. Other snack place had, even brews. The only complaint was the smell of our villa, which was the basic one. It smelled like urine. immaculate looking house very close to the next house(villas). The villa had pretty much all, pots dinner plates, saucers, silverware and spatulas and knifes. Just needed drinks and foods you want and we were set. They did have dish washing powder and liquid for sink and paper towels.

Great place to stay! My only issues would be that the beds are not that comfortable and the elevator wait time is a little long. I would definitely go back though. The amenities are top notch and the food and costumer service are excellent. The staff are very polite and helpful.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and had a lot of fun with the water park. The rooms were actually pretty nice considering other water resorts we’ve stayed at. Besides checking in, the service wasn’t very great. I’d say that 90% of the workers were very unfriendly and housekeeping wouldn’t take my trash. She asked me to throw it away myself.I’ve worked in the service industry before, so I know there’s something going on with upper management if the workers are unhappy and unfriendly. Either they are being worked too much or they aren’t getting paid enough. Management might want to look into why their workers are so unhappy.My other complaint is the pricing of the food. I understand that resorts are going to be higher priced than normal, but for those prices the food should be amazing and it’s subpar. Also, the arcade room needs AC as well as the rest of the building. It’s August. My family shouldn’t be sweating inside the building.

My family and I stayed at the new villas which were perfect for us. Spacious, fully furnished, private, and had a game room that the kids enjoyed. We rented out cabanas and Robert took great care of us. We also had the best Cabana host, I can’t think of her name but shes from Jamaica, has light brown hair, with glasses. Loved her!! Overall we had a blast!! No complaints

Wonderful experience and a place worth visiting if you enjoy Waterparks. Parking and checking in was a piece of cake. Convenient room key wrist band as well as optional money resource to keep you from packing loose cash n wallets that could be lost or stolen. The water in the wave pool was a bit on the cold side for indoors. However, the water for the slides was like bathwater and very enjoyable. The slides were enjoyable for both young n old. They didn't beat you to death! Most anything you could think of coffee games snakes meals all available at arms reach at the hotel! Great overall experience!

Room was dirty. Dead bugs by the patio door. Patio screen wouldn’t open. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Bathroom was a mess and in disrepair. House keeping came into the room unannounced on Friday after check in while my daughter was changing. They came in again as we were taking luggage out to the car. Checkout time is 11 we found them turning our room over at 10, with our belongings in there. Overall service was poor. Amenities for the kids is great, but not worth the price due to cleanliness and service.

We stayed here for the second time on 01/13/2024 and had wonderful time. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I loved everything about this place but I do want to point out the new lazy river does need some improvements. I believe it could use some slowing down on the part where you are to enter and exit the ride due to the water is very fast and almost can push you if you’re not a bigger person. We noticed there wasn’t much of a light show either as advertised. Overall we enjoyed our stay and all the staff were nice and lifeguards were very observant. We also loved getting frozen yogurt and the Firefly restaurant. Drinks at the restaurant were delicious. We’re very much looking forward to coming back in a few months!

I have been here multiple times, as my kids love swimming. The staff are kind and the facilities are okay and convincingly fine, but there are too many people. Especially in the case of spas, there are so many people that there is no room to step on if I exaggerate a little and the water is dirty. I recommend coming here when it's not crowded.

This was my family and I first time visiting this establishment it was awesome. My kids loved every minute of it. The rooms are nice, cozy, and clean. The only update they needed are the shower heads need to be changed out. I wouldn't say the restaurants are too costly inside of the establishments ( I have a family of five and we spend on average $60 a meal) because the food was more than enough and taste really good none of that microwavable mess everything was fresh homemade. They have a Starbucks, 4 different restaurants, 3 stores and they had plenty of activities for the kids as well as adults. The only downside is I don't know if it's because it's not quite summer time yet. But the outside pool closed a little early 6 p.m. and the inside pool stays open till 10 pm. Okay so customer service was friendly, but the front desk lady named Toni. She was a little too straight to the point have your I.D. ready in your hand okay you're done they will text you with your room number. I informed her this was my first time visiting. She did not give me a map or say hey will let me tell you a little about our establishment none of that. I just think that she may need to go to a customer service class because she's representing her establishment first. Note I did have other family members there and they received the five-star treatment at the customer service desk. Again I really love this establishment this was my only downfall. And I would never down talk anyone visiting.

Well this place is pretty awesome. 2 adults, 2 kids stayed 3 nights and it ended up costing about $ told including food. I love the wristband as the room key and used it to pay for everything. Our room was one with a kitchen and while it was nice it wasn’t quite spacious enough. To open the Murphy bed and use the pull out couch we had to move everything in the kitchen. There was nowhere to put our bags besides the table tops and the chairs. Overall for the price of the room I was pleased though. The water park was awesome. Very friendly staff and everything seemed pretty well kept. Plan on keeping the weight off climbing the stairs for the slides. The climbing course, arcade, mini golf, and climbing wall were also great additions, however not too cheap. Use the deals they have for credits. Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you.

We come here every spring, and I can not say enough about how much we love it here! This place is always amazingly clean and the staff is very friendly. Which I feel is a tall order for a resort centered around water parks, with so many rooms, and the large majority full of children. We didn't hear any noise from our rooms, running jumping, laughing, or yelling. They must have extra soundproofing. We stay in upscale hotels and can hear the people in adjoining rooms and kids jumping upstairs. This place has good food, beverages, and an arcade to keep everybody entertained. And they don't leave out adults. Live music by Hayden Wright was fantastic, and plenty of drink options. Well done Wilderness!!

Reserved a two night stay with the kids. Upon arrival was notified that reservation for today was cancelled without notification, and the deposit was transferred to tomorrow’s reservation. They only have me for tomorrow. Now after Midnight, time when all the hotels in the area are fully booked I am left in the car with no hotel room and five kids wanting to sleep and no place to go. How great is that. I paid the deposit around 500$ for “no room available” two days prior to arrival. If there is no place to stay today, obviously I cannot keep tomorrow’s reservation. They ruined my vacation.

This place is awesome, we have stayed twice now and they are incredible to deal with. I want to shout out Madison, Lisa, Taylor and Samantha, these ladies are incredible at their job and do a fantastic job. We had a problem and they were fast and effective at resolving the issue. I just want to say thanks my birthday was awesome because of them.

The rooms are nice. Fairly clean. The “update” went over the promised 90 minutes even though we were very clear at the beginning that we had no intention of buying.Water park is great. It would be nice if they turned off the music temporarily during thunderstorm closures so that we can enjoy the storm without the extra noise.

We stayed in the Wyndham time share condos, and loved it! We had space and were able to cook, do laundry, take a nice bath, and all around enjoyed our time. There was construction going on during our stay, which was a bummer, but I'm hopeful it will be worth it when finished. The surrounding areas are pretty touristy and it would be nice to have more parks or things near or around. We will be back and excited to see the new changes.

We stayed here for the first time and had a blast. We went mid week and there where no lines for any of the slides. We had lots of fun doing the boogie boarding on the surf machine and enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and basketball in the pool.We got the kids (5 & 7) the adventure stay pass. They had fun doing the ropes coarse climbing in the arcade. And my son did the climbing wall. The rest of the others things were not very impressive. We won't be paying to get the pass again.The room was nice with a full kitchen. Service was not quite as expected. Any time we called to get more of something (Towels, dishwasher detergent, sheets/blankets) it would take a very long time and what they brought would not even be correct. We had to call back one or two more times for them to actually get it right. It was kind of bizarre how it kept happening every single time we needed something.Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to friends. We will probably go back at some point in the future.

My experience was amazing! My children enjoyed there self and so did I. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator kept being out of service and I was expecting to do my laundry but the laundry was out of service as well. A lot of activities to do in the area as well.Overall I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future!

I would definitely recommend staying in the nicer options on the resort. The wilderness is definitely not worth the money. It seems it hasn’t been updated since it open with the resort. The room was very tight with a god awful bathroom that only had one light, plus only one rod to hold your towels. The water would leak all over the floor as well. Black spots in the corners of the bathroom as well, didn’t even want to investigate it because it just seemed like something I shouldn’t touch. The beds weren’t comfortable at all, the comfort I could compare them to are the beds from my freshman year college dormitory. The hallways were disgusting during my whole stay (four days), basically other guest would treat the hallways like it was a public trash can. When we arrived they had no dollies to put our luggage on, we were told we had to find them ourselves if we didn’t see any in the lobby, which we never did. I search for one for about 30 minutes and couldn’t find one to save my life. I was livid due the fact my mother and father had terrible back and leg pain.I give this place a 2 because it at least has a Starbucks and a decent little bar to forget about how terrible and run down the rest of this place is.Staying here makes sense if you’re on a budget, but to be honest if you really want a safe and comfortable experience this particular hotel at the resort isn’t worth it at all.

The customer service here was immaculate!!! Ms.Toni was very friendly and so were the other ladies. Southern hospitality at its finest. Our room 23040 was updated nice and clean. No complaints whatsoever. However, our upstairs neighbors were sooooooo noisy I had to call the front desk. We definitely didn’t get a goods night sleep but it didn’t ruin our stay. Will definitely revisit when it’s warmer and everything is open !!

We came for my five year olds birthday and he loved it. The indoor park wasn’t as big as I thought, but it was fine. No hot tubs that I could see.The food is the biggest complaint. The only thing I would order is the pizza. The snacks are overpriced for what they are. The breakfast was by far the worst. Paid 80$ for our family to do the buffet. It consisted of frozen cinnamon rolls, pop tarts, and cereal. You get a better variety at the holiday inn. And better quality.The rooms were clean and fun for the kids (bunk beds! Woo!)I’d do it again but I’d make a point to bring my own snacks and only eat their pizza.

Great service and rooms are clean, attractive, and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom with a balcony. The kitchen is well appointed. Many activities and an indoor and outdoor water park for all ages. Close to many attractions and a short distance to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Perfect vacation stay.

This place was amazing! We want to come back and stay longer. I’d say you should do a minimum of 3 days, but 4-5 would be better, especially if you want to do non-resort things.The lifeguards are diligent and fair. The wave pools are definitely rough without much of an “easy mode,” but everything is perfect.Our room had a few minor oddities- toilet needed re-siliconed to the floor, the bathroom light flickered a time or two when it first came on, the light switches were a bit weird in their placement, and the dishwasher was missing 5 of 8 wheels on the bottom rack. It could probably use a new toilet seat.But it was awesome!

This use to be a place we loved to visit often, but this time was so disappointing. The room wasn't as clean as they use to be. There was food under the table with a trail of ants going to it. We checked in looking forward to enjoying the dinner buffet ( one of our favorite) but to our surprise it was replaced with a taco/pizza courtyard that was way over priced and the food was horrible. We paid $12 for 2 tacos!!! No real variety on food choices now without having to leave and drive into PF to find decent food.

We had the queen Murphy room at the stone Hill lodge, which is the building the indoor water park is in. Like the name says, there is a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed that's about full size. This room has the full kitchen and no balcony. 3 of us stayed here, and it was pretty tight trying to get from one area of the room to the next. As always, our stay was fun, with no issues. I can't wait to come back when the updates are finished!

My family and I traveled 14 hours to support a family member in a sports event which was held in this location. My mom paid over $700 for two nights just to be harassed multiple times by the workers who were trying to sell us things like timeshares. They even called our room and we were bothered about 6 times in the 2 days that we were there. The room we stayed in itself was disgusting. There was hair on the shower wall, it smelled awful, there were barely any outlets, it was dark and cold, when we got in the room the temperature was set to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. When we got under the blankets the bed felt damp and the bed was extremely hard. Not to mention the leaking shower that would constantly be dripping and the flickering light that would take a few seconds to fully turn on. At the very end when we were packing up for our checkout which was at 11:00 a.m. , room service bothered us multiple times before we even checked out. The room service workers opened the door while my sister was changing. Then when we were leaving we saw the same thing happen to someone else, they do not make themselves known or at least if they try they don’t make themselves known enough to the point where you can’t even hear them knock so then they just open the door while people are still in the room. We are so happy that we got to see our family but our stay at this resort continued to get worse and worse and I am furious for my mom because she spent hundreds of dollars to come to this resort and was repaid with absolute trash and harassment and we traveled 14 hours to be there. This place is money hungry and disgusting and I will warn my friends and family to never go to this resort and we certainly will never be coming back.

This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had the hotel was beautiful along with the other three every single day we would take a shuttle bus and go over to the big hotel with the waterslide and the arcade. Even in that building they had little shops, which were very convenient for when I got bored, this place is crazy kid friendly and they love everybody who comes in. I didn’t meet one rude person. There is a beautiful light show that they have. If you want to talk about the rooms they were very nice they would see and if you had a lot of people, you could buy a room to go beside it, which is very nice And this place was awesome. I loved it so much totally recommended and I have to drive eight hours and it was totally worth it.

It was great. The rooms were clean and nice when we came in, and it has one of the best indoor waterparks I've ever been in. I enjoyed my stay. I would like to note that some room's windows weren't really windows because they had a curtain or cover of some sort on the outside, so only sunlight was let in, and you couldn't look out.

Great place for a family! This is a great place for families with children. We loved it! Lots to do and the people that work here are great! Can’t say how happy I am with this place and being a great place for my family to enjoy. I highly recommend this place to anyone with kids. They are very accommodating to adults also. I hope we get to come back and I hope this place keeps up the good work.

We had a wonderful time. I am very appreciative of the young lady at the Starbucks who took the time to show me the gluten free menu. All of the staff at the resort was very friendly, lifeguards very attentive and alert. The new lazy river is wonderful., the music was very cool! Clean, comfy rooms. Quick room service. Overall very pleased will be back!

Overall such a fun stay! The best part was definitely Tina at the front desk. She went absolutely above and beyond for my family and our stay. She is definitely a gem and such a hard working, amazing woman. So glad we got to meet her. The rooms were very large and the waterpark was amazing. 10/10 experience. Can't wait to go back!

My friend and I had a girls getaway. Courtney at the front desk set us up in the best room we could've asked for on our budget. Amazing girl, BTW. The park was awesome. Missed our on the opening of the roof top, but that will be for next time. The morning staff at the grill was a delightful experience. I'm glad to see the lifeguards to be very helpful and fun. Will return again with family to explore more.

The beds are so hard! My kids were even complaining. They actually said the pull out couch bed was more comfortable than the actual beds. I asked for a mattress topper but they stated they did not have any of those and all their beds are the same. My kids did enjoy the pool, slides and arcade. It would be a fantastic place if they had softer beds. And the elevator at stone hill that only goes to the 1st floor was terrible, they need better access to the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Sensory overload! I might have checked in during one of their busiest weekends of the year, President’s Day weekend on a Sunday. The lodging checkin was snaked throughout the lobby and after talking to staff it was like that starting on Thursday night. I reserved one of their premier double suites. They said it sleeps 15 but that includes couple pull out couches and Murphy bed with 4 queens and a twin bunk bed. The room itself was nice and plenty of room to spread out but thin walls. ASK for top floor as it seems most kids run like elephants down halls all hours of day. Also if you’re going in winter/indoor pool then request for room closest to pool. These hallways are like Vegas hotels 100+ yards long! Lots of walking. The indoor water park just added a water coaster and lazy river to their many slides, wave pool, water playground and hot tub. Great family fun in the winter for sure! Don’t forget the arcade and game area for another spot to let loose while dry!

If they're that miserable with their jobs or in that line of work, then there are plenty of other people that would gladly have their jobs. No one knew where ANYTHING was, could not give me a straight answer as to anything much less nobody could answer the simplest of questions as to someone that just might beight:-( able to answer just one question No joke! The good ole boy system is alive and well. Twice I have gone in there to take care of different issues. Both times I was told “oh we can’t do that”. I left there went to the Knox county clerks office and was in and out with no problems. The clerks are lazy and instead of making calls or doing research they just say they can’t and move you along. This is a direct reflection of lack of leadership from the top down.

Lady on the phone with the marriage license was very rude. 🙁 You shouldn't work with people of you don't like to be helpful or kind.

We went here to get our marriage license. We are from another state, but will be getting married in Tennessee. This is the only county that the license is $40.00, and I was able to complete it online before we arrived. So when we got there all we had to do was show ID, sign, and pay. Very nice experience.

Every time I get my tags, they're really friendly. Very quick compared to florida thank you very much tennessee

Heather works for the city of Sevierville as a court clerk I believe. She went out of her way for me, had patience, stayed nice, and she really took care of me. I wish more people did things like her, to her it may have been just another day of doing her job but to me it meant a lot. Nobody knows what could be going on behind closed doors and doing something so simple made a big difference to me. Thank you Heather.

Very Rude and went out of their way to not help me because I was not going to be able to make it to court because I had to go to Michigan for my son that tried to take his own life and tried to make it sound like I was lying they are pathetic heartless people and if anyone knows a good lawyer who would go against them contact me please I want to sue them

Quick to pay license tag renewal. This year, renewal for vanity tags is waived. Expected to pay over $100 for renewal, bit it was just the regular price of $41.00. There is a small charge for credit card payments, which would have nice to know beforehand as I had cash, but oh well.

Very nice experience as vendors have a wide assortment of crafts and merchandise. Indoor is air conditioned and quite comfortable. Outside had unique items that were priced accordingly. It is certainly worth your visit.

People are always the deciding factor and I came across nothing but genuinely good people during my visit. I left an item at a both that I had bought right before and two hours later I came back and retrieved it. During the search everyone I asked graciously helped in every way they could. I don't give five stars ever because there is always room for improvements, I just don't know what it would be here. Southern hospitality at its finest.

First time here. A Very good experience. The vendors where super friendly. Also the vendors I purchased from where willing to make a deal. UPDATE: JANUARY 2023 I came here again. I must say JANUARY isn't the best month to go to a flea market. Only about 4 outdoor vendors. However I did take a few pictures. I hope to return in the Springtime.

Bring your cash and get there early.. one of the best in the south. Outdoor and indoor booths. Ice cream shop inside.

this is the spot y’all! they had plenty of stuff to do here. some stuff pricey but if you’re in town make a stop here! SKIP great smoky flea market and come here!! i had a blast here. the helicopter rides make the scenery a bit noisy BUT the venders that we’re outside were very nice and all the people were so friendly.

We had a great time walking around Flea Traders. The had a lot of old cool stuff. They had some new stuff you might like. That you can't find in an average store. Art work or crafts you might call some of it. But something for everyone.

Took time out to check this place out. It had a wonderful section of item new and old. Found me some coin, star war toys, and fantasy art works. Will be coming back one day.

We go here every time we go to Tennessee and it always has unique and unusual items..you never know what you may find...

This place is huge and there is just about a little bit of everything you could imagine here. If nothing else, come out for the exercise of walking all the rows of items. When you get hot doing the outside you can go inside and enjoy the air conditioning while shopping some more.

Apparently there are two flea markets in the area, this being the smaller one. Turned out to be a decent stop. Most of the booths had re-sell garage sale items, but there were a few gems. Found some handmade wood works that were at a great price.

Flea market is what you would expect for an indoor flea market. A lot of new items. The restaurant was very good. We had pancakes & they were very good. The price was very reasonable. We also had ice cream.

Nice big and spacious, clean restrooms, met some wonderful vendors inside.Purple-Haired Mama is adorable, sweet and has one if the most beautiful booths in there! Love how much product she has, but her booth is not crowded, you can get in and walk around!Nana's Fudge is another great booth and also, she's a lovely lady! 1/2 pound of homemade fudge for $9! MULTIPLE unique flavors! It's fresh, soft and WAYyyy better than that hard dried out and overpriced fudge you find in downtown Gatlinburg and even SOME of the places in Pigeon Forge.We also met and loved a sweet lady named Mary, who had all kinds of Bigfoot signs & apparel, along with other types of signs/apparel. She was a hoot and we had fun talking and laughing with her!I'm sure there were many other wonderful vendors, but didn't even make it halfway through! Met some nice vendors on the outside on the way in as well. Jerky vendor has some tasty and unique jerky flavors as well!

Very nice flea market . Clean and well maintained. I bought the coolest ever incent burner . A little cabin and the smoke come out the chimney. I went back and bought eight more. Everyone I game them two just loves them . I also bought a great handmade case for a knife given to me by my brother, whom I lost to cancer . I love finding made in America products. If you are in the area, check it out .

Fantastic experience, and amazing spirits! Everything I sampled was top notch! Great tasting and smooth. Not one thing was bad! Walked away with over a case of assorted liquor. The only thing I can think of is that negative is that they are not closer to Michigan! I can't wait to start sipping on the spirits I brought back home. Also, your bartenders are all amazing!

When we arrived for some moonshine samples and to make a purchase, Ryan asked us if we'd want to try some. He was fantastic. He went over everything with us and showed us how to combine other flavors to create different party treats. Excellent atmosphere and drinks, great experience. If you're nearby, you must go here. If you test their stuff, you won't walk away empty-handed. Ask for Ryan; he is incredibly smart, entertaining, and engaging.

Patricia made you feel very welcomed. She had such a down to earth, warm, fun personality. She described every taste to a T. I wasn't disappointed with what I chose. My husband went with stronger stuff and loved his tasting too. We went home with way more than planned 😂 It's definitely a fun experience!

Wait, moonshine tasting for FREE? Not a scam! So awesome. Mr and I had a great time on our tasting tour, great veterans discount if you buy anything. Really cool Assassins Creed product too!! Friendly, good people.

Recently went to this distillery and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Brian helped us during our visit and he was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and friendly and he made the whole experience wonderful. Actually all the employees that were there that day (01/18/22) were so sweet and fun. The tasting and store were by far my favorite of the distilleries I've visited, the whisky and moonshine are delicious. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Had a great time here with Bonnie as our bartender. She was funny and engaging and made recommendations that were spot on! The liquor as tasty of course (we were glad to purchase and bring some home) but the tasting experience was the best part and a great source of entertainment for us.

Had a great time visiting the TLC! They were incredibly helpful and friendly to us out of state visitors! We had 2 kids and they have a little area for the them to play while we tried the booze!The Hammershine and Tequila were favorites among our group and we didn’t dislike anything we tried!!Katie was our server and was so helpful in teaching us about the liquors and the options/flavors in each sip. She was amazing!

Lord have mercy we came in here and left out happy, I usually get the white chocolate strawberry moonshine but after doing some tastings I found a new favorite creme brulle and my husband found him his favorite pictures below!!!!

Brandy was so much fun! She introduced us to several drinks that we can take home to our crazy friends in N.MI. Loved the atmosphere and the ladies that worked there. Plus, they love dogs. Thank you for the fun experience!

Such a good make, second time visiting, wish I could buy more. Young lady helpful and happy to chat about flavor and notes that come with the sampling. The customer care and attention was spot on. Glad wasn't charged for sampling as it would put me off buying.

Funniest story as we stopped by this store when arrived into town. Little did we know that Sunday our Brew tour we stopped here. Once again we met Ryan and enjoyed our tastings! Great time! Highly recommend Ryan!!

Brandy & Lizzie were absolutely wonderful!! Brandy gave us plenty of options for mixing different flavors. We will definitely keep this place on our Must Visit List every time we come visit! A true hidden gem!!!

What a fun time we had at Tennessee Legend Distillery! We were able to sample 8 of the 31 flavors of whiskey, moonshine, vodka and more! But what made the whole experience was the dynamic personality Alaina! She helped us to navigate through the choices and helped us with her quick wit and delightful personality. Great time.
