Suite pricing is for a single Guest (dog) per night. Combined weight of all Guests sharing the same Suite may not exceed the weight assigned to the Suite. 25% deposit for Non-Peak Periods or 50% deposit for Peak Periods will be charged to credit card on file when making reservation. $5 surcharge per Guest for Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
SPA DEL reserves the right to assign the appropriate Suite to safely accommodate our Guests. Smaller Guests may trade up, if a larger Suite is available, but larger Guests may not trade down Suite size. All Guests may be weighed at check-in to ensure reserved Suite will accommodate. Limit of 4 Guests per suite if space permits.
Boarding check-in is 12:00 p.m. noon to 5:00 p.m. Boarding checkout is 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday-Saturday. All Guests may be weighed at check-in to ensure reserved Suite will accommodate.

For our guests who are older or have special needs. Our Golden Paw program offers:
- Must be pre-approved in advance of booking reservation
- Unlimited medication administration and housekeeping throughout the day
- Golden Paw Guests are placed with our Client Ambassadors and receive constant attention from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily
- More individual attention - hugs, rubs, and cuddles
- Option for extra blankets and to wear sweaters during their stay
- Up to 7 potty breaks per day

Our Suites are very private, which is essential for dogs so that they are less stressed while you are away.

And, all Suites feature nightly movies just for dogs (yes, it is a thing) and iDogCam video live streaming.
