I plan my work week in two zones: offense and defense.Offense is:Initiating.Shipping.Creating.Pitching.Starting.Leading.Asking.Defense is:Administrating.Monitorting.Responding.Evaluating.Organizing.Attending.Editing.Defense is safe and comfortable.It’s easy to spend more time there.But defence never wins on its own.The trick is this:Play offense first and hardest & the defense takes care of itself.Make sure to plan your week accordingly.How do you plan your week? How do you ensure the important work gets done?--I often plan and prioritize while I'm on walks or running.Here's me carrying one of my housemates home from an exhausting day at preschool.

I remember packing up our lives in Londonderry, New Hampshire, so my dad could start a new job in Seattle, Washington. 📦🌟 It was daunting. 😳 As a 14 year old kid, moving across the country felt like stepping into a different world. 🌎 I was leaving behind friends, familiar places, and a slice of life I cherished. 💔 A fun fact: a classmate from Londonderry moved when I did and ended up at the same middle school in Seattle. It was a small world moment in a big life change. 🌍❤️ Then came Seattle – a city vibrant with culture and new opportunities. 🌆 It was here that my love for baseball truly blossomed. ⚾️ I set a goal: Play for Stanford and then go pro. I even had a vision board before I knew what one was! 🎯 This move taught me resilience and the power of embracing change. It shaped my ability to adapt – a skill that proved invaluable throughout my career. 💪 Whether it's shifting to a new city or pivoting in my professional life, like transitioning into real estate investment, these moves have always been about growth and new beginnings. 🌱 If you're facing a big change, remember that it's more than a challenge; it's an opportunity to write a new chapter in your story. 📚🚀 It might be tough at first, but trust me, the journey is worth it. ✨ Have you ever taken a leap that led to unexpected growth? 🌟🌱
